Bryan has worked in the Boston real estate market since 1998. He began his career in South Boston working for a small, local firm and then spent several years working for Prudential Real Estate in Jamaica Plain. When Karen and Colleen invited him to join their new firm, McCormack and Scanlan, he immediately knew it was the right fit for him.
Over a decade later, Bryan has a long list of satisfied clients. Well-versed with working with both sellers and buyers, Bryan specializes in buyer representation. He has been particularly adept at helping first-time buyers navigate through the home buying process in an often competitive and difficult market. He is known for his excellent negotiating skills, fairness, and laid-back demeanor.
Bryan spent his childhood on his family’s dairy farm in Woodstock, CT. He moved to Boston in 1987 and has made it his home ever since. When he’s not working, Bryan enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends. He is firmly committed to helping end hunger in Massachusetts and regularly volunteers with several organizations including Project Bread, Meals on Wheels for Seniors, and Rosie’s Place.
